Was surprised to hear the wheelbase is fixed. There is no adjustment.

I assume they tested a shorter wheelbase and decided it wasn't necessary.

Default Mugen build

Got my kit last night a day early ....got started building. Ended up doing the front end.... Very happy with the fit of everything. directions spot on. I added a change..... The screw that holds the adjustable ackerman together I put a 3by12mm countersunk screw with a locknut on the bottom just for safety here..... I think the added strength here will not hurt ...other than that I can't beleive how free the drivetrain is. Even without the rubber belt. More to come.

One track isn't the other as also with driving style, ik think a short wheelbase setting is still a wanted option.

Default Wheelbase

Definately alot of meat on front arms if you wanted to take off a few mm to make wheelbase adjustment. Roelof. This is right up your alley your a master tinkerer. In the best respects. Sir

OK, it shouldn't be a problem. Don't know when I do get one, probebly we wil wait until after Xmas because this winter there will be no driving and by then the prices would be lower..
