Guys, I've been soaking up all your great posts on the FK ... so now I've found my new home thread. I just picked up my kit and can't wait to get back into electric racing.
I was wondering what gearing can you suggest for 19-turn/foam carpet class on a med/tight track?
Is their an Xray gearing chart anywhere?

Forgive me if this has been asked before, but I'm not gonna browse over 300 pages in this thread..........
The diffs on my t1 evo2 "wobble" a little - the diff pullies and labrynth covers. They're set at tension near where they should be (but I could be wrong about that).
Is this normal, or are the diffs going away and should be rebuilt?
Also is there a way to get the diffs out of the car without a near complete teardown of the chassis and bulkheads?

But your question before, it seems like you might have to rebuild it or just tighten, there is no harm in rebuild the diff anyways.

i think xray should come out with something like a 2 part bulkhead..where you can take a front piece off and the diff just slides out, a bit like on the losi, yokomo etc....

I think what they have now is fine. It keeps the diff lined up perfectly. With a 2 peice system misalignment would be a big factor. Just imagine if ya got hit and it moved That would be ugly.Easy is not always better
