well with pitstop's track continually requirin less and less motor, i'm just about at the pt where i'm gonna have to now go for a 4600 motor in favor of the 5700 i have currently. just so much of this track i cant use any power (oh so horrible a problem to have wouldnt u say?)...in many instances despite all the throttle control 1 can muster, i still run laps near my best runs with 'soft' practice packs.

wonder if the nitro guys will ever understand too much power isnt good...i know all us old foggys runnin 2wd mod know.

tested the Mamba Max w/ the Trinity N60 on my MI3 today! What a combo...its got more low-end power than my Novak 3.5R, and more top end, as well...ran it with 10.01 FDR. Its also great because it helps a lot with balance of the car, since the N60 weighs in at 158g! It's the fastest combo I have run so far, and I love how light and powerfull the motor is...its great.

Tomorrow I'll be testing the Orion 3.5 BL motor and see if they can perform as well as the TriN60...

Can someone help me with my mamba system? I have had a problem with it since i got it and i am thinking theres something wrong with it. I have a 5700 in a losi xxx-s that the wiring is cleaned up in it. I haven't unplugged anything it worked fine like a month ago but now i put a fresh battery in turned the radio on and turned the esc on and the lights just blink at me. Whats the deal with it? I have tried resetting it by unplugging everything and plugging it back in and turned on my radio held full throttle and turning the esc on and it wont do anything all the lights blink still. I have followed the suggestions in the booklet and the lights keep blinking. All the connections were checked and they were fine. Help please?

If all 3 LEDs are constantly flashing the ESC isn't getting a signal. If your steering servos isn't working either you know it's in the receiver or crystal. Try a different one. If steering is working, plug the ESC into the steering channel on the receiver and see if it arms/runs. If it does, you've got a bad channel on the receiver...if not we'll have to see it.

Later,
We just had about 3 inches of rain in about 20 minutes. Main streets look like rivers for about 15 minutes and then it is all gone.

To Mr Ford

Hi Joe, i asking this question for a friend in Sweden.

He was soldering longer cables to the ESC/Motor...but did get to close to the capacitor, o one of them jst Blew out...

1o you recomend to stop using it and replace the bad one asap?

2:Can this be done by him self?

3:If yes on number2, how tha X can "we" remove the lower"card" to reach thesolder-legs on the caps?
