Wait, so you mean for just 200 bucks sans shipping you very simply converted your WGT into a WGT-R? Awesome! Now that sounds like something I want to do!

Some guys like to go all out. I'm a cheap SOB.
Option 1: Buy F1 pod plates
Option 2: Use washers/shims.
Option 3: Buy another lower pod plate and cut everything from the forward bulkhead screws off.

That is exactly what I did. But, have run it with 3mm shims and it was still great. The conversion leaves the motor at it's lowest point, but that's just me.

are there 2 different classes? gt(goam tires) and gt-r(rubber)

is it still 1s/17.5 for foams?

all these posts are talking about rubber tires, but crc has foams on their website for world gt?

Yes one is foam Wgt, however a lot of people are going over to rubber Wgt-R. Rubber is running 17.5 1s. Plans are to run two 17.5 1s rubber VTA body's and 13.5 1s newer style body's
Foam 13.5 1s wedge bodys

so the rubber class in a 200mm and if foams its a 235mm width still?

are you able to convert older 235mm pan cars to the 200mm width? or are you pretty much forced to buy a current chassie designed to be run at 200mm?
