thats just a seal so you have no exhaust leaks. I wuldn't recommend the moddifying of the crank and sleeve untill you have done ALOT of homework on it.

I don't know if you have been doing this for a while or not but, The 2.5 will really wake up with a simple port and fang job. I moddded three of my 2.5's back in the day and the third time nailed it....

I would personally put the OG pipe back on it. Alot of science in tuned pipes and for one to just make one could really hurt performance.

The stinger is where the actual exhaust would come out at. You got a header, then the "pipe" and the stinger comes off of the pipe.

I have a 2053 on mine, bottom end is rediculous, and just screams all the way to the top. I really can't imagine a 2013 on this mill. I would love to see a side by side with my 2053.
