i have the novarossi 3 port and it is awsome i had problems with the carb that came with it and i put the carb from my rb s5 on it and it works perfectly now the rb s3 should be pretty much the same...

if it is the three port version it is a great engine for club racing . it really performs well on a small to medium size track . it is very smooth and it is ok on fuel consumption i use 7mm insert...

i run that engine and the novarossi 086 and long header work good and a jp3 as well it runs a bit faster with the 086 has more bottom with the jp3 never tried the pipes you are asking about

your add is confusing to me it says no pull strart or roto start but then you say you are going to put a roto start back plate on the engine if you buy a bump start engine and try to add a roto start...

try running a bigger clutch bell and maybe try puttin some wheights on shoes to make them engage earlier i run ad2 with a 19t bell it helps a little
