Have gone with the Hitec HSC 5997TG for the steering and the Sanwa (Air) ERG-VR for the throttle/brake. Not the best or the most expensive, but should cover the requirements. BTW, the throttle servo is a fiddly little sucker to change (especially as the Sanwa is slightly deeper). Had to loosen off the entire upper deck to get it in.

When I first got my Hellfire, the steering set was stripped which was a pain, but thank god for the spares packet! Also found the front and rear bumper/skidplates loose. Going around, found quite a few screws that needed tightening.

Still, LOVE IT!! (even with the smelly tyres)

How and the heck do I keep this thing from nose diving so much. Im going today to pick up diff oil shock oil,and about 10 bottles of lock tite. i lost another screw last night.
Im taking everything apart and going to change up the diff fluids, and rearange the suspension again. I cant keep this thing from smashing nose down and flipping end over end.

I am going to set up a lead shoe clutch system rather than the stock following shoe set up. i am changing to a 17t clutch bell. My servos should be in soon. Went with the air 9558/59.

Just to let you guys know Xtreme R/C has shock towers, center diff brace, and radio tray in either black or silver woven Carbon Fiber. The rear tower has extra holes added for an MBX-5 rear wing mount.

Xtreme Carbon Fiber

Click on products, then HPI, and then Hellfire for pics.

Interesting vid. Slippery looking track, perhaps not the best driving, but it seems to jump well.

Have you tryed stiffing the front springs by adding spacers to the springs or makeing the rear stiffer than the front....

let off before th jump then grab the throttle again at the very bottom of the lip, it wont nose dive badely if you do that. particularly on small jumps. bigger jumps shouldnt be a problem if you keep on the gas all the way down the straight and up the jump.
