I am using 40wt shock oil all round. 3k diff oil in the front 30k in center and 7k in rear, with HPI Nubz. Also a set of the Speedtech chassis braces makes a helluva difference.

Default A couple more things

If your lhs has it in stock pick up the HPI Hellfire Rear Wing set part #87520 better than what is used on the body. I also have my brake bias set that the front has more bite than the rear for tighter entry into the turns.

Has anyone else noticed the front diff being noisy? I was just wondering because mine is pretty loud. It sounds like the teeth aren't messing correctly. I took the diff out and checked it and found nothing broken or out of place. I even checked for metal shavings in the lube and nothing.

Thumbs up

The single shim that is on the SS kit on the crown gear side.. I put three .. this makes the gear mesh almost 100% perfect, I find that after time the diff case (guessing from the heat) gets a little bigger.... I am going to run 7 , 30 , and 1 .. this weekend if it don't rain .... I will tell you how it works out. This is my second SS ... the first one I have well over 14 gallons on it and very little issues over all .... I LOVE THIS RIDE .... most of the time I make the a- main or at least the B-bump and have been as high as 2nd in the A-main.. aiming for the top of the podium
