Well i do belive that Marcs set up is on there. Mine is similar, just little differences. Mine also says 40wt. oil instead of the Tamiya style with the 400 and 500 weights.

Josh thanks a ton for the setup info, i have had little experience running a spool, and always seem to need a lot more mid corner steering, we are having a meeting at a large sweeping track that i think may lend itself to running a spool, lots of tight corners after long straights.

If your searching for mid corner with a spool what changes would you make?

Check Tryhard's 415 page. There is an Excel spreadsheet with what toe blocks do what toe angle here:

For the rear, an A-E combo would give 2 degrees toe-in (as long as you are using 0 degree hubs).

For the front do you want toe-in or toe-out? Use a C-E combo for 1degree toe-in, or E-C for 1 degree toe out.

There is a chart on Tryhard's website which gives you the full range.
(Edit: Damn Burlap beat me to it )

Richard, what track is this for?

If it's for Bayside, then I suggest you run the car quite narrow, it will make it quicker through the corners. I would normally run B-XB on the front and XB-B on the rear. You can run A-XB on the front if the car is a little too "twitchy".

I can email you some of my Bayside setups if you want, they're for the 415MSX but I thibk they'd be a good starting point

I made the mistake of only buying one set and you'd need two to have four of each...
