It'll have enough flex with the 2mm chassis. I personally don't like much flexi cars, I had to use the 4mm chassis to get my car to work on carpet

@secretsg; Yes the MRE does have the Ti coated hinge pins, along with the ti coated shock shafts.

Just to confirm....

The MSX and MRE use the 414/415 Front Bumper

the MSXX uses the Evo5 Bumper?

And both chassis (MSXX and MRE) are drilled to take both the new Evo 5 Steering and the older 415 steering?)

nexxus:

The MSXX only has the holes drilled for the posts of the new steering system. I picked up the MRE edition because of this so it has both options for steering available to me.

I would recommend to look at the no. of holes you have on the MRE & MSXX lower deck. RCModel has them listed & also pics of lower decks. Both lower decks have the holes to accomodate the original steering config & also the new one.

The extra holes you may see towards the sides of the lower deck are for the stiffning posts.

MSXX Lower deck

MRE Lower deck

Hope this helps.
