Center Diff question, I've been trying to read thru and follow thru the pages when I can.
I see that the Center Diff comes with Composite Gears and Composite Cross pin, is there an option for buying metal center diff gears and pins?
I run on medium-high bite tracks if that helps out.
Also contemplating switching brands, I've been running the D413 for about 1.5 yrs

I ran a d413 and it was good but got tired of bending screws at the hinge pin holder and how much work it was to change diff fluids. The XB4 imo outperforms the d413 in nearly every way. Way easier to maintain, more durable (have only broken 1 part in 9 months) and haven't had to replace any parts due to wear. It is also a better car out of the box, no option parts needed to be competitive. With hing pin inserts, you can infinitely adjust the car.

Good to hear about the Xb4 right out of the box. I would probably get the Center Diff, since I'm so used to having them.

How are you guys mounting your fans behind the motor? theres not much room for a fan mount or heatsink on the top or side with the body and rear shaft so close.

So on the xray setup sheets, if it lists a 2mm shim under the camber link stud, is this 2mm plus the conical washer that is 2mm or is that meaning just the 2mm conical washer?

It was the front acutally, I'm looking at the latest Bayer setup. I also noticed he was using a 5mm shim for the bumpsteer? I'm assuming he has to use a longer stud for that or why such a large shim.
