Default Which Chassis was that?

Hey there Howard, What chassis did you have on display at Leisure Hours during the Nat's?
And how do you guy's like the 3Racing F109? Anyone running one of these at the Underground?
I picked one up about a month ago and love it. Although I am running a 13.5 and not the 21.5 through the SP Club ESC. Is the F103 rear end a worthwhile upgrade? I don't seem to be bothered with the diff adjustments after tire changes. The foams are wicked, so not to sure what to expect when the Pardus Racing Rubber Tire Set For F103/F104 - 2012 IIC Spec gets mounted tonight.
What are the preferred tires at the Underground?

Actually the F109 and F103 are no longer the LEGAL class to run because of their WIDE format design. Because most people trying to keep the F1 up to date, so they are all running the F104 narrow chassis now...I think between F109 and Tamiya F104, you just need to spend about $50 or so in parts and convert your F109 to the legal spec. You also need the RUBBER TIRES instead cause no one run foams anymore.

The one I was displaying at the ROAR NATIONAL is the wide F103 that is very much the same spec as your F109...I only run that at LHR to testing the new ESC. This weekend I will use the F104X1.

Does anybody have pics or vid from the last few weeks of F1. Would like to see some of the action I'd rather see it in person, but live about 2.5hrs out. I plan on getting down there for a few races this winter to get some F1 in however. Glad to see you guys are supporting it. +1

I have an Exotek/Tamiya F103 with foam tires and will run with you at Underground. I know one other with a 103/foam car.
I am going to get the new 104 v2/rubber tire car to race where the narrow car/rubber tire rules are in effect.

Do you mean HPI F10 cars or was F10 a typo?

You need a blinky speed control, a 21.5 and a 2s lipo. The Speed Passion escs are very reasonable, like a Club spec Reventon. As far as lipo, most run "shorty" lipos, but anything that has around 3200-3800 mah is a good minimum. The HPI F10 may not accept all lipo packs, if that is your car, so you may need to check the fit before you buy.
