Yeah i dont see why it wouldnt be allowed to be run they are the same size as the F104's I think
F103's are wider then most cars....
I would think so but for the All-Star Series races you would need to use a F104 front end to narrow the car up and get a F104 rear axle I think to narrow up the back of the back of the car....along with using f104 rims. RobK would know more about this but I dont think anyone would turn you away from club racing with it.
