Sorry. Last week we had alot of racers gone for different reasons, and I think the 95 degree heat and humidity kept the others from coming also. We had a few there, but not enough to race. Did practice till 2:30 then left.

VERY HOT day of racing! But still the racers came and had fun.
NOTICE!! No racing on August 5th due to a conflict of directors scheduling. We will resume our Saturday schedule on August 12th. Stay cool!!!!

LOOKING FOR 1/8TH BUGGY AND 1/10TH NITRO TRUCK RACERS!!
As some already know, our track is mainly a monster truck and truggy track. But this week I recieved a call from a 1/8th scale buggy racer (good one) who said he is bringing some freinds who race both 1/8th and 1/10th. If you ever wanted to try our track, but the lack of racers in your class held you back, this is the weekend to come. These guys will bring good competiton too.

Yes we are Charlie. We got rained out last weekend. 3 inchs of rain in less than two days makes for a wet track. But there were six 1/8th scale buggies and a couple 1/10th scales along with trucks that showed up. It sounds as though they may come up again this week. It would be a good week for you to run your buggy too.

Last night we made a few changes to the track. We added 6 inches to the height of the leading jump of the valley of death. Added 4 inches to each of the single jumps. Then we replaced the double with a large single followed by a table top. Then we removed the humps at the start of the staight. Looks cool. I cant wait till Saturday and run on the track. Thanks to Paul, Bob, Andy and Dennis for coming and helping. Come and check it out.

The added height to the jumps and the elimination of the doubles and quads to a big single and a table top went well last week. The Trucks and buggies were catching some huge air. I watched Charlies car change flight "attitude" three times before he landed and took off like a pro. FUN!
Hopefully the rain we are getting wont effect the track running tommorrow. Not bad so far. If anyone is coming down to race tommorrow, you can check with me first to know the track condition. I will be there at 9:30 am. My cell number is 920 948 4484.
We will not be running Sept 16th. Most of us are planning on going to Dirt Heaven for their Cornroast. We will finish out the season on the 23rd at our track. If you havent made it here yet, come on down or up or whatever. Chuck

Well we wrapped up the season yesterday. We had alot of fun and saw alot of new faces throughout the summer, but more toward the end. I would like to thank everyone who came to our track to race. We are looking forward to running again next year. We plan on improving the track and facilities. We made alot of ground this year and hope to build upon that too. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to email me with them. Thanks again for each of the racers who helped make this track grow. Watch the thread next spring for announments of when we start. Chuck
