There was some great racing yesterday! I just want to give props to Brandon A. in the Pro Buggy Main. He’s a class act week in and week out at ARC showing true sportsmanship every race.

Tennison and Brandon had an awesome battle going for 3rd late in the main. After a couple accidental mix up’s, Brandon waited for Tennison. I know a lot of people who would have checked out after accidental bumps like that. Afterwards Tennison said that race was one of the most fun races he’s had at ARC. It was a sweet battle and I’m glad I got to watch it.

It’s always nice to see examples of true sportsmanship at ARC. It’s a great example for the new guys and inspiring for us “not so new guys”.

See you next time.

P.S. Tennison, Thanks for letting me try out my new fuel gun in your main. Ha ha! now I know it works and I can use it myself.

Thanks strngdze for the compliments. Tennison and I had a great race and although I would like to win them all (who doesn't), I don't want to be a "hack" doing so. Tennison always races me clean and I try and do the same. As far as starting later i am all for it. I am sure that for every one person who wants to start @ 2:00 there are 20 who want to start @ 4:00. If the program runs smoothly (like usual), we would be done by 9:00 easy. I would rather have 12 heats and be done @11:00 at night than 6 heats and done @6:00. It is Saturday night after all.

I picked that fuel gun up on-line at A-Main. It doesn't leak, so I'm stoked about that.

As far as coming out next Saturday, probably not. I think I'm going to take a couple weeks off. It's summer and I need to get out in the water a little more often. I live in P.B. and haven't even been out in the water in over a month!

See you guys in a couple weeks.

A couple of us talked to Dan on Saturday morning about starting at 4 o'clock and he said he would do it. He can have the track open until 11. He said that if he does it he doesn't want to hear any complaints from anyone. As for me and most I think it can happen. Seems the turn out might be better since it seems people are staying home because of the heat? we should start a vote.....

As far as I know it is still at 2:00 I wish we could move the start to 4:00 or even better yet 5:00. I used to dig Hemet on Friday nights. Gates opened at 5:00 racing started at 7:00 and we were through by 11:00. The program runs much faster without having to water between every heat and main. I know we can get it done. I would much rather get home somewhat late than deal with 100 deg plus heat all day. Sat reached 112 and was 108 for most of the day. We also have new lights thanks to Brandon. Lets put them to work. Just my 2 cents.
