Thumbs up Lets get ready to rumble...

Calling all Traxxas SLASH owners.. Get 'em ready.. I propose:

-Traxxas SLASH Stock-type body.
-Traxxas SLASH kit included tires.
-27turn Brushed, or 13.5 Brushless motors, ...MAX...

Anything else goes..

That is, if the owner allows such a class...

I got mine ready, do you??
BRING IT!!!

I've got my Slash ready to go! Just ran it up at OC/RC tonight for the first time and it was a blast. I REALLY hope they allow us to run at the new Temecula track. From everything I've read on this thread so far it looks like an awesome facility.

Have you seen a SLASH lately?? It's not exactly 1/10 scale..

Should do fine on a 1/8 scale track.. Just hope they dont have a track full of 'motoX' style jumps. Keep 'us' in mind please.. If there are 'big kickers' how about we have them to be table-tops (i.e. 1/10 scale friendly).. nothing like flying off a kicker, coming short and landing in a ditch.. Table-tops makes it fun for all.. break less too..

I think I'll get one too Osherman!!! Been eyeballing them and look pretty cool. My son will be racing his Losi Eight-T.

Think I'll stop by and get some pics of the track this evening since I'm close by so we all can see how far along it is.

I am itching soo bad to get on this track!

I can not wait until the opening day!!!

I will be running my electric 1/8th LOSI/Tekno buggy and I'm sure the track will be as dialed as ANY could be.

Just looking at the pictures of the track and comparing it to the track hosting this years world, out in NC. It puts that Farm track to shame.

Dan could easily host the next National or Worlds event with the quality he has put in to this track.

Someone please update us all here as soon as the opening of the track has been decided.

Thanks a lot!

Default Spoke to Dan and Took Pics of the Track

Drove over to the track today and spoke to Dan. Looks like he's trying to get a race going next weekend. He's pretty pumped about his progress. For those that don't know him, he's wearing the white T-Shirt in one of the pics below. I took some shots from the driver stand as well. Enjoy!!!

ARC to open this week with a special 4th of july practice spectacular! Practice on Friday from 8am to 3pm! Racing starts on saturday at 5pm. The pit tables are in and have power to them. The snack bar will be there on saturday as well. If you have any questions please call Dan at 1 (951) 304 - 0580. Only things needed to bring are shade and a chair for Friday the 4th and for Saturday all the same and maybe a light. This is all depending on total amount of racers! If you have a table you may want to bring it also just in case! Time to race at ARC again!

I remember someone saying that ARC does not have all the lights yet. Will there be light for Saturday night race?

Thanks all for the updates!!!

I forgot to take a picture of the lights. There are four lights on top of the driver stand pointing down to the track.
