Questions?? FDR and Timming Help for a 25.5

Looking for a little advice since never running a 25.5 motor before. Wondering what FDR and timing to start with on a track 95' X 48 with my 25.5'?

I currently run the 17.5 and 21.5 's with 52.5 timing and an FDR of around 4.7 on a track here at home of 82'X36', not too technical but a nice flow and they are FAST and coming off under 150 degrees. I see some of you are suggesting an FDR in the Mid 3.5's and a slightly lower timing. Maybe its a different field with the 25.5 motors and me not having experience with them specifically so could be these 25.5's don't agree with the way I set up the 17.5's and the 21.5's so asking for some help.

Thanks in advance......

Default 1650 rotor

I’m looking for a 1650 torque tuned rotor, with or without a 13.5 V16 can.

pm if you have one

resistance numbers are now lower than what was found on motors that were sent to Roar for certification. Better manufacturing now than when motors were first done??????? Don't know; but what is now hitting the markets don't meet what was sent to Roar initially.

It's not just R1. Three other motor companies have had some of their motors rejected.

I don’t want spread rumors, i’m hearing this second hand.I’m not actually at the event. I’m sure you’ll hear from those who’s motors were disqualified speak up soon.

Rick Howart commented in the nationals thread that it’s ususal suspects.

Add new Reedy’s to the failed list. Check recent ROAR carpet Nats thread.

We run 2.6 fdr and 55 degrees! Motors run fast and cool.

Ran my 25.5 at 2.8 today with the timing just below the 50 mark. 65* ambient on a tight track and the motor was 95* with no fan.
