Default Jason any plans to change the....

TC4 motor mount to the your TC3 one? That would would make for equal side to side flex and to help make balancing easier.

yeah that would be cool..not sure how hard it would be to make but if you made it so we could replace that bushing with with a smaller one and a bearing or 2.

if you know what i mean

Last night I scaled my BMi2 and was able to get these numbers with just a small amount of weight added to the battery side.

LF: 352g
RF: 351g
LR: 356g
RR: 360g

That's 49.9% left side to 50.1% right side. Only 3 grams off. 49.8% Cross weight. That's damn close. The battery's are so close to centerline on this car it really helps balance things out a lot. I can't wait to get back to doing some more testing with this chassis. I'll get some pics up tonight when I get home. Every C/F piece on this car is BMi

looks like you could do with shifting about 2 grams on the right rear nearer the centre to get it 358 both sides...

but other than its very wel balanced ...wish i could get mine on a digital balancing thingy, i can't even do it on them spikes because tc4 tub chassis doesn't have them little holes.

do all BMI chassis' have them?

I drilled my own once to see exactly how much lead I needed on a milled TC3 tub chassis to make it balance on the XRay thingies. It was a TON of lead to put it lightly-but it balanced (pic on right).
The BMI TC4 chassis I think has the chassis balancing holes in them already-and if not-ca easily be put into the design.

Jason,
maybe you should have an e-mail list of the guys ( me included) who have bought your TC4 kit already, and send them direct updates when you have new parts ready to go for the car ?
