Let me try the spool because my other problem is the car gets unstable with one-way when I brake.

bboy, make your life more simple and just try one of the setups posted on tryhards site. You will only have to make minor adjustments to suit your track or driving style.
jontang001, its an adjustment not too many people play with. I have tried alot of different shock adjustments at many different tracks. The effect of rebound directly impacts the way the car handles bumps and negotiates quick switchbacks(aka shicanes). I have found the more rebound i use, makes the car more responsive/aggresive but can handle bumpy tracks much better, less rebound the opposite is true. The reason why rebound works best for bumps is rebound keeps the tire in contact with the track after you hit a bump, the longer you car stays in contact with the track the more stable it is. As for shicanes your car needs to change directions quickly, so with alot of rebound your car will be able to transfer the weight L/R quicker with assitance from the rebound. For me i almost always run full rebound just because i like a responsive car and if there is any inperfections in the track my car will keeps its composure. Hope this was not to confusing!

Would like to enquire if the TRF Dampers (Part # 42102) the same as the dampers provided in the TRF 416 car kit?

ahh... well the fancy blue transponder is an MRTCustom iPT. My old AMB stopped working, so I had it cloned, and now have two iPT's, one in the tourer and one in my mini, both running off the same number 
However, I believe the iPT has now been superseeded by the MRT PTX (details here). Best bet is to ask Terry S over in the PTX thread on here, or send him an email via mail(at)team-mrt.com.

MR ED im wanting a new lipo or two as i only have the orion 3200.I see your running 3600.s now, but you recommend trying the smc 4000.any others youve seen that are up to scratch? i aint seen any uk smc dealers and ordering from the states sucks as i always get slapped off customs..... but hk is good.

left right balance
hi guys i've been recently having trouble with the balance of the car. It would be able to turn left very smoothly , but turning right it would hook more suddenly and oversteer. My electronics are , KO2413 low profile servo, normal spektrum receiver, TC sphere esc ,a novak 13.5 and EP4200 6 cell pack.
i checked the alignment of the wheels, droop and tweak, so the car is mehanically in good order. Steering throw is also the same left to right. I initially thought that since the battery side was more 'front' heavy it would grip harder and snap to the right due to that, but i was wrong. I tested the car with just a 4cell pack (moved to the rear most position) and still the car snapped to the right harder than the left. Then i ended up placing 100g of lead behind the 4cell pack ( on the right side to balance the motor) and this made the feel of the car neutral from left to right.
Back to the 6cell with 100g behind the batteries and the car would snap right again
Sorry to bog it all down like this but my question is do any of you guys experience anything similar? if so how do you get around it?
