Ran my BD last night for the first time ever. I was indoor on carpet and boy it had some rip. Think i need to go buy some pre glued CS22's on the dish wheels though as mid way through the run the rear end would come really loose and start soming around. Everyone else was running the pre glued 22's and i was on a set of 22's with a foam insert in and you could hear the tyres squeeling mid run.

Hey Matt, with the front ackerman hole on a flipped plate, will the steering linkage hit the inner suspension mounts?

Rick, CS22 with a Yok 37m insert on Pro line 26mm wheels will work well on carpet. Used the combo on my SD to good effect.

Hey Randy,
Good luck this weekend. Make us BD owners glad we bought the right kit. LOL
I might stop by Sunday breafly just to take in some invitational...Heard it is the cat's meow...
Just got the LCG put together....Makes me glad I run Yokomo...
The LCG is the BD of shaft cars...
I posted pics on the SD thread if you want to take a look.
Also there is a question that maybe you could help with...
I can not get the rear of the LCG below 6mm. I have the short ball ends already.
Thanks,
Stephen <><

Thanks Shook, I'm gonna drive as hard as I can this weekend, and hopefully I'll just get lucky and it'll pay off.

Just put the Rayspeed spring retainers on your LCG and you'll be able to make ride height.

I have the the same shock setup as the BD but still not sitting low enough.
Any other clues?
Thanks,

Bring it by the track on Sunday, I'll take a look at it for you and figure something out. If you're running the RS springs instead of Yokomo that would be the problem..

Why I never had a problem before when these shocks were on the SD...Just wondering why all of sudden they don't get low enough.
Maybe with the LCG it lowered it so much I have to shorten everything else.
I will have to try something soon.

Yep, I just checked and using the forward most hole with the flipped linkages they hit the suspension mounts. The second from the front is as far as you can go.
