Default tweak

No matter how flat my bottom chassis was, whenevr I installed the Top Deck, it would cause the chassis to tweak. So bad that pushing on one side would cause the other side to lift up. Itried everything to eliminate the problem with no luck. I finally installed 4 counterunk washers on the rear 4 screws and bingo, no more bowing of the chassis. I am using the stock chassis and top deck.
Anybody else have this problem? How did you remedy it?

kt and speedtech are out.
Sorry, Tony. I guess I bought the last two from IRP. There seems to be another Xray drought.

What is the advantage over the stock thrusts?

Yeah, it's definitely two sets of rears.

Default You can mount Losi JRX-S shocks on the 05.

Losi will be releasing a set of 4 for $62.00 from what I understand. Heres a pic and they work great.

Rookie,

Is there a part number for a shock rebuild kit for those shocks?

Thanks,

Mark

Default SHOCKS

I don't understand why so many people are changing the shocks that come with the kit! The shocks are very easy to build, don't leak, adjustable with the clickers and reliable... If it isn't broke why fix it??? I know Ralph Burch, Jilles Groskamp, the Myberg brothers, Bobby Flack, Peter Robison, Jarrod Scott and myself all use the stock shocks that come with the car.

We would like to announce that the handout tire selection for the 2006 ROAR On Road Electric Paved Nationals hosted by Speedworld Raceway has been made. The tire selected is the RP36L supplied by Shumacher USA. We would also like to announce our current list of class sponsors; Touring Car Modified, presented by RC America/Xray, Touring Car 19 Turn Spec, presented by Schumacher USA, Touring Car Stock, presented by EA Motorsports. As always up to date information regarding the nationals can be found at http://www.2006RoarNats.com.

Hey all, I'm running a FK05 with a stock motor, I have a 120T spur 58mm tires. I dont know if the internal ratio is still 1.7 or not. I have larger pullies on my diffs. What is a good starting point for roll-out and what pinion should i use? Thanks!
