Anyone using Peter Robinsons carpet setup? I thought this would be a good place to start.
I have found one problem though, the setup calls for the shocks to be run in the outside position on the arm and to use a 3mm shim under the rear hub camber link, so now the wheel rubs in both places. It is only slightly rubbing in both spots, just wondering what you guys have done to fix this. Thanks Rob

Will you be running this weekend? I can help you out if you like as I'll be in for practice most of the afternoon on Friday and in early on Saturday for the race.
The 3mm shim shouldn't be rubbing, unless the rim is warped or of a smaller inside diameter. Moving the upper and lower shock mounts in one hole will work well, just keep in mind that the rear will be a little softer overall. Going up 2.5lb in the rear spring rate will bring it back closer to the previous feel.

the wheel is rubbing on the screw, I was thinking about dremeling it down a little. I think running outboard tow will also give the tires a little more clearance from the shock eyelet. I have yet to pick up any 2* carriers yet. Are they available in composite or just alum?

Where is everyone getting Dumas' Vegas set-up? I only see his Carpet Nats. Set-up on the RC America site.
Thanks

OK the only 2 set-ups I see from Mike are the Carpet Nats and the asphalt nats.
The only Vegas set-ups I see are Jilles and Joel.
Are they in a forum and not listed in the "set-up sheets" page? If so can someone point me in the right direction, page number or which forum its in.
Thanks!

One thing I noticed is that the camber link locations are not marked anyone know which ones Mike ran?
