there is a link somewhere with a tutorial on how to fit the ntc3 rack to the tc3...and they are basically the same so just fit the ntc3 one.

Are you having a problem with traction rolling with that setup? It looks a little light on the front oil. especially without a front bar.

Basically, an anti-roll bar reduces traction at whatever end of the car you put it on without making the car scrubb speed.

Yeah i think the car is good on asphalt with rubber tires but i have only driven it on carpet with sorex 28 and it didnīt suit my driving style ! and there is still snow around here but the spring is here now so i looking forward to the outdoor season with the xray !!!!!

I have many corally black motors an really love them, they're the best I have but why do you run the V2 enbell?

Is it when you practice or do you like the extra effiency (runtime) the V2 enbell provides?

I hope you don't mind me asking this!

Thanks!
Right first time.

Yes we only use the V2 endbell for practice. It's Corally Pro Series Black modifieds all the way on race days, and yes they are dynamite.

fjm, one-way

This one should be a good starting point.

it should just be a starting point. If it feels to crazy throw in a diff and see how if feels. But that setup should work for stock as well.

Youll probably want to set the throttle trim so it creeps a little when at neutral, this will reduce some of the drag brake and keep it from trying to lock up the rear.

I do this no matter what front drive i am runnig cuz i hate drag brake.

OK....If I add more shims to the arm mounts is that raising or lowering the roll center?

Does lowering the roll center give you more or less traction? The AE manual is contradictive.

Thanks

It raises the roll centre when you raise the inside of the lower arms, which decreases the roll moment which gives you less grip.

I must admit I had to read the TC4 manual a few times to make sense of it, it is quite confusing but is correct.

Not to offend but somehow that seems backwards.

This is the text from page 15 of the TC4 manual

"Also, you can raise or lower the mounts for maximum roll-center adjustability. Simply raise the mounts in equal increments under both mounts and you can raise the roll center"

also from the same page in the section 'Ballstud Height & camber Location'

"A lower roll center will put more weight on the tires during cornering, and increases traction to that end of the car"

In that same section the first sentence says "You can raise(I think this should say lower) the front or rear roll centre by lowering the arm mounts, or raising the inner ballstud" now I see your confusion

I hope that clears it up a bit.
