Default G4RS Shock

G4RS Shock O-ring expanded after some usage time.

and then.. the shock shaft activity is not smooth.

if you remove first O-ring washer. you can get smooth shock.

The instructions say to build them : washer, seal ,washer, seal -

Try building them in this order - washer, seal, seal , washer

The shocks on my car are as silky smooth as the LX shocks

Gansei, what brand of shock oil are you using?

Did you grease the O ring seals when you assembled the shocks?....if so, what grease did you use?....I use Associated "green slime"

Petroleum based greases can make silicon parts swell
