Thanks to Shawn for answering your phone today for the Speed Passion help Since I was not running Novak I tested a bunch of setting w/ timing and punch. Now I just need to figure out the setting that will last 5 minutes :P
Nexus - if was nice to meet you too. I love it when I can put a face with a name. Plus I'm glad you tried what you did today with the SP so I dont have to or atleast I know which direction not to go. Really wish you were going to be here for the big race weekend. Maybe you can beg the wife and come out and play this weekend.

Shawn/Adam - got my SP stuff today and I'm excited to start playing with it this week. I'll let you know how things are going.

Good luck out there. The 13.5 class will be deep with Schumacher cars.

Just remember don't go up in the timing to much and go up in teeth on the pinions too unless you like racing 3 minutes :P

Yeah, see thats easy to remember when your sitting here calmly discussing it. But when you finally get your hands on a kit that you've been waiting on for a while, logic sometimes take a back seat to excitement!

So in your opinion, go up on one or the other?

I've owned literaly every Schumacher TC ever made, and I've never broken a rear arm....ever. Of course I've never hit anything "backwards...at an angle" before either, so results may vary.

I did break only my second arm since I've owned my Mi3 last weekend. In the 17.5 carpet/rubber class.(drug a board on the straight and snagged a tire). But thats about it as far as breakage on my Mi3.

Pitspace is something were looking at bringing back in the future. No concrete plan at this point but I have some goals in 2008 and that is on that agenda.

Questions??

Is there anywhere online to download the instruction manual for the Mi2EC as a PDF other than the small JPGs on Schumacher's website? Those things are unreadable and unprintable, for the most part.

I think I still have an EC manual laying around. I thought I saw it while I was cleaning out a bunch of old stuff. I'll look tonight when I get home. I'll just mail it to you if I do have it.
