Just blue loctite and make sure you spray the screw and pinion coupler with some motor or nitro cleaner to get rid of the oil it comes packaged in.
Looking good porkchop

Did some track testing this weekend tried the box setup as a starting point WOW way off rear super wiggly made some changes per Franks advice its not a typical setup from a regular buggy but it works. Moved Rear camber UP, Hubs forward, increased front droop, stiffer rear springs.

So ordering a extra set of stiffer serpent springs would be smart? I'm placing a order tomorrow so would be good to know. Also is it just the back end that would need it? I'm going to be running on a indoor med clay track.

orange and blue fronts
yellow rears and purple rears.

Correct that's what I meant. I know with the s811 v1/v2 the way the pinion is secured to the coupler is a captured pin so just wanted to see if anyone had any issues with it yet.

Where's the wood knock knock knock...
I'm running stock 16/46 on 5200 50c thunderpower and it's pleanty fast and temps in the 170's after 10 min runs. The fan is on in the esc though. I might even drop to a 15 tooth but the fan on in the esc tells me I'm already geared low.
