Im pretty sure I run a 60 spur with a 12 tooth. 6 minute mains come off at 147 degrees. 15 minute practice 158 degrees. With a clutch basket and a little extra weight. People who watched Thursday club race all were amazed at the power and want the same motor.

Thank you Tekin.

Default Need some help on building!

I've just put the front arms onto the front chassis in a new build. When I let the arms drop. The right arm on the picture seems to drop quite a few degrees more than on the left.

I've checked the camber link and the steering link are the same length on the right and left side. This picture was taken when steering is centered as well.

Any ideas or fix????

If it's below your suspension's maximum downtravel, it doesn't matter.

I love mine, crazy fast. A bit too fast for my backyard track. 62/14 gearing. However this motor will be perfect for the outdoor 8th scale tracks I run on during the summer.

It's way. way faster than the Tekin 5.5T 550 I had before. Had to turn down the power to 80%

yeah, something is not right there. are the ballstuds mounted in the same holes? It looks like your front right ballstud is in the innermost hole, and your front left is in the out hole.

I've been racing for a couple of years now. I am getting an sc10 4x4 next week. What are some things I should get for suspension or any thing else that would be helpful.

Thinking I'm going to have to make the jump to 4wd SC. Lack of time has me keeping just one nitro car, 2wd SC is dead (too bad, my SC10 is dialed), and most of the tracks we run are just too big for 1/10 buggy. Like to hear from guys who are running or have run 540 motors. I have an LRP SXX TC Spec V1 and 4T Orion motor that I took out of my TC5. Too much motor I know, but can I gear it down to take some edge off and increase runtime? The track we run are big, built for 1/8 fuel and ebuggy. Or should I just bite the bullet and buy a new motor. If I do, 540 or 550 can? Thanks.

Default Aftermarket sticky?

Can the moderator create a sticky post at the top of the thread that all the after market parts sources can be listed on? This was an awesome idea on the Concours 14 motorcycle thread I belonged to.

Your right side camber is different then the left, it is pulling in on the caster block not allowing the arm to drop.
