IMO the 'dirty driving/hacking' in pro 4 is due to the fact that the losi and to some extent the durango have to be thrown into the corner and the sc10 carves the corner like a touring car. So the 1/8 copies dive in later with more speed while we are braking straight and then carving

was a redesigned top shaft , now has a pin like the old B-3 slipper & the new inside slipper plate
has a notch for the pin so nothing can slip ....

Not sure I totally understand what you are saying but to me it sounds like it's not a slipper anymore...

O yes it is a still a slipper , the problem is or rather was, the first slipper plate was slipping on the top shaft .....

How do you pin the inside plate and still have a decoupled slipper?

The inside shaft is on the pin, the outside probably still has the flat keys.

Only way for some to stop the 1st slipper plate to not slip was to tighten down the slipper all the way , if you adjusted the slipper properly the first plate could slip...


You can also use a thin tooth lock washer to help the first plate grip the top shaft , that helps ....

Just guessing, but I'd think it'd be like 1 oz in the RR corner and 6-7 oz in the LF corner...
