Is there an easy way to remove the roll pin in the rear axle? I've tried to pull it with a plier and tap it with hammer/small nail that thing just won't budge.

use wire cutters to grip it and place the back side of the cutters against the hub as a pivot point and pull it out.

Expect it to stay in, that's how mine come out..lol Aren't those things amazing, if you need it to come out it wont budge, I would try what Jmuck69 said, and go little by little- re gripping each time, lever like..

^^ OK, I'll give it a try, but with the kind of force I was applying both pulling and punching I'm not positive that thing will move...EVER!

Worse come to worse it'll take around $22.50 to have the the pair rear hubs+ all the parts to be replaced..good to have spares for the track anyway.

Maybe try putting a little wd-40 on it to loosen / lubricate it a bit.

Small needle nose and just angle it to grab the axle and tip of the roll pin and get it started. You might take your pliers and squeeze the roll pin on the side you want to pass thru the axle to make it easier. It sounds like it might be just a bit deformed at this point.

You could also dremel one of the ends off and then do what Cherry said and PUNCH IT!

Eh, if it wont budge, then dremel it flush and chase it out with a small drill bit--just a thought. If you cant drill it, at least your only out the cost of the axle..

I struggled with this too on one of my SC10 axles. The key is using a good set of pliers with a lot of leverage and grip. The pliers I had were not very good, but when I brought it to my track to have someone else have a crack at it, they made it look easy.

Here's an example of a good set of pliers:

They don't make them for the b4...they do however offer them for the t4 and sc10.
