yes it does need to be flanged .they do wear out and its the flange that wears,so they get sloppy.i also use a nylon washer before i put the nut on,seems to keep them tight longer.dont forget theres a front and back to the shock caps.they only fit really good one way.
the nut ends up going inside the shock cap, right? cause one way, the nut sits on the outside, the other way, its inside

Yes, inside the shock cap. My caps have a bit of play in them. I had the grind off the outside of my wrench to fit it inside the cap. They have 2-3mm of play, and I didn't have any problems at the track. The hole should be bigger in the cap IMO...

You have to modify the caster blocks... easy to do with Dremel.



upgrade adds more droop..

3mm chassis and B-plate up next to come!
