Hi. What's the correct part number for the transmission case if you run a ball diff. I got 9826 in my kit but the name for that one is "Transmission Case for Gear Diff". I'm confused.

Answer to my own question. It's 9826 for the B4.1 for both ball and gear diffs.

well i just tried the t4 chassis with buggy setup. Works pretty well. I would say its alot more stable high speed and in turns. It felt like the more i pushed the car in the turn the more it wanted to turn. I run on a small tight high bit indoor track. I wish it would turn a little sharper. For me it was alot easier to drive but where its tight was alot harder to hold the tight line. About the same lap times just a little more consistent So im just going to run the normal chassis. You guys should try it you might like it more.

Good start,I know guys that run 26 and some run a 29,depends on boost and timing on motor,I'm in the sAme boat,I just switched to team icon motors and there alittle different then tekin motors

quick question, im building a b4.1 and my steering assembly is rubbing against the top plate in the very front. ive had it apart 3 times, whats the deal? anyone else run into this problem?

Tighten down that servo saver! I glued mine and tightened it all the way when I ran the 4.1 and it felt much smoother throughout the turn, especially long sweepers.

Thanks one more question, I have a cc 4600kv/sidewinder combo. all i have is a 23t pinion. should i be running the 75t spur or the 81t gear?

My bad, 81. AE says 81/23 for a 9.5 which is close to 4600kv. I don't think your gonna have to drop to down to an 18-19....

Either way you are over geared, you would be "better off" useing the 81t

get yourself like a 18 or 19 they are like $3 each

I usually dremel a little out of the top plate where the rack goes through, or like weazel said tighten it down. If you start breaking the saver consider loosening it back up and trying the dremel idea

Are you using the short neck black ballstuds in the rack? This will lower the ballcups so they dont hit the top plate...

...be sure to make the difference up out on the steering blocks so your bump steer doesnt change.

Anyone know what size/thread the rear wheel nuts are? I too got gipped out of them
