19... Im running 21 on my 2200kv I just sold.

You have to remember this has a totally different gear ratio than a Mugen or a Losi.

And Lars, you'd think being 5+ years old they would be a little cheaper. Guess not.

But does the sc8e have the same gear ratio as the buggy?

I just looked it up, it's the same. But the tire size also plays a factor.

I've heard some pretty rough things about the 4pk system. 4PL too for that matter...

I think I'll go with Spectrum

Haven't had any issues with my 4PKS or the 3PMX in my kiddos mini-Revo (or any other Futaba radio I've owned over the years).

Nothing wrong with the equipment. Just the user. It was brand new to me and I didn't have it adjusted right. It was still set up for the other guys HP Baja he used it on.

He was joking. You can run 25/46t with a 2650kv without doing to much damage.

13 or even 15 is way under geared for this car.

And I just called associated to see if they had any DS1015 servos in stock and they already mailed me my replacement today. I should have it tomorrow. Woohoo! Another awesome customer service story from Associated!
