Hi there, just have a quick question about my Nova.

i have the Nova 367 and it has the standard button on it. Would it be worth it to find a turbo button to put on it? Was just wondering cause that way I don't have to keep two kinds of glo plugs on hand at the races. TIA

break in 190-210° , racing after break in 225-270° is safe

the differences between the buggy tuned and team is

team : ceramic rear bearing , cnc machined piston (great improvement) ,15007t crank , new 2.5mm lowered head with oring supported head button .335$

buggy tuned : steel rear bearing , standard microcast piston , 15009t crank instead of 15007t, comes with standard and turbo head button still 280$

so is the buggy tuned still a good motor and has the good run-times that i have been hearing all should i get the team version

I've problem with my plus4c team (I wrote with this in novarossi plus4 thread)

My plus4c team is after 3 gallons and my runtime is 5-7 minutes with 6,5mm venturi. My pipe is 9901ss and 41021 header. Os p4 plug. Temp about 240*. it isn't over.. I don't have power on top. with that temp. and 6,5 venturi. Engine has still compression.

Has somebody the same problem than me ? I don't know what can I do with it

Default FMS Blissssss

I couldn't stand it. Bought the FMS for my 808. Wow. Easy break in, smooth power and it has what it takes. It makes the sweetest sound on the pipe. 9853 pipe, short round nova header. Its still breaking in too. 7mm restrictor sounded about right to me. When this thing is ready it's going to fly....Hats off to Jim and Chris at Nova USA......Bring the rain.....

Are you sure your end points are set correctly? Should be getting better economy than 5 minutes. Running for breakin? Sounds like you may have the needles set way out of whack. I would try starting over with needle settings back to factory.

Yes, I'm sure.

After breakin it was the same.

I'll try with factory settings, but if someone has another idea let him write.

I just replaced the front bearing on my N21BF (first time i've had an engine apart) and am now attempting to reassemble the engine. I noticed that the head button has an arrow on the top, but I did not pay close attention to what direction it was facing when I took it apart. Should the arrow face the exhaust port, or the carb?

Thanks in advance.

Engine is a .21r limited hsn 3.5 out, lsn 4.5 out(both might be an hour either way). Half gallon on engine.

Getting three different rpm ranges after let off. First higher one lasts about 2 sec, next one lasts about 2-3 sec, then a smooth low throttle. Any sugesstions what to do with idle? Richen hsn and lean lsn?

Off to read the tuning bible again...
