What pipe and header you recommend
I used OD97T plugs in my first Plus 4
I run 25% fuel with 12% oil (10,2)
what would be a good combo and any other info about the above that you would recommend.
i am recommending for buggy - plus4 (any version thereof ) 9901ss/41005 , 6-6.5mm restrictor , 30% race 3000 byrons gen 2 , if you feel you need more torque use 41021 . for you with the mugen use 41029 . just let me know what you may need

Its still a whole lot of motor for a buggy. I want to get the hang of this 5pt, Its bad A. I dont want to have to invest in a different pipe though.
p4 plug? u silly boy!!!

i have never once claimed OS plugs are not made with quality , that they are

Thanks for your advice Houston.
Will be placing an order with you soon.
i can't get Byrons race fuel so will have to give it a go with my current fuel.
So you recommend 30% fuel to 25% ?

you can do the squish test if you would like but not really necessary with the nova engines as the machining on the blocks and head buttons are pretty consistent . you can run down to .65mm - .70mm for 25%

nova engines come with twox.30mm aluminum shims and one .20mm copper in most all the engines now . they have been shimmed for 30% from the factory for american market on most all engines produced now .

hope this helps

alpha engines head buttons are probably machined a little different i would imagine

thankyou
so am i right in saying that a nova p4 with no shims the piston will hit the head,
and are u saying that the US nova motors come with the extrra shim installed and u dont get the exta in the box

why carnt u run 30% with .6 .7 clearance will it detonate, or u can u just carnt run the higher temps

gee the alpha must have some clearance out of the box

Default Congrats

On the Wins Monty. I just wanted to thank you for recommending the TKO ceramic bearings for my p5. After they broke in, a little tight at first, my engine screams. I can't believe the bearings makes so much difference in the power of an engine. Thanks again man....
