I think the key word there is passing. If you slow guy's would just learn that when a faster car is coming up on you, you don't go into the weave mode, the world would be a happier place.
You better get back to packing Futons or you might have a front yard full of angry customers camping out in your front yard sleeping on their Photons.

You're useing the stock King-Pins?? They maybe too long. Tightening down the king-pin too far may bind the steering block oval, not round like it suppose to. Loosen the king pin till pivot is free, not binding. Make note how many turns you loosen the kingpins.. Remove king-pin completely and dremel the access off, could be 2mm. Then tighten adjusting nut(411048) to where in moves freely.

What I ask is about the T-bar pivot ball, I cant get anywhere near the smoothest that I get from Asso, CRC type pivot ball system.

Hi,
Just finished building my s120 - found the issue with the king pins being too long and adjusted by screwing them in a touch. However now when I mount the wheels and tighten the nuts, the wheels do not turn freely.
Is this somehow caused by the kingpin being too long? Or is it something else entirely?

What do you mean by "when I mount the wheels and tighten the nuts"? How far are you tightening? The nuts should only be tightened to the point where the wheels still spin freely. So just losen the nut a bit until the wheel is spinning freely again...
If it's not about the nut being too tightened, check if the kingpin is not touching the inside of the wheel (this you might have to check anyway...)

Since the Front axles are stationary, just Tghten the lock nuts that it turns freely. You ok with it. It won't come loose.
By the way!!King in assembly I really don't like the front spring to ride against the E-Clip. I used a left over spacer, fron the servo savor B/N the spring & E-clip.
Have fun fellow Serpentiers!!!!
