Nice price , the poor courier driver tommorow won't even see which way I went after he puts the car kit in my hot little hands

It's going to be fun testing and running this car and watching the lap times tumble even more, giddy up

Got the new car today, there's nothing quite like a new car......very nice

The fit on parts is very good and some of the new features such as the plastic diff/bearing holders are a very nice fit with locating grooves now in them.

I have checked and for those not wanting to run the rear body posts on the shock towers the original PHI rear mounted brace does fit.

I'm looking forward to the rest of the build.

There are definitely some changes to the new car, if you want to have a look at some pictures there are some at the below links

www.teamcorally.com.au

www.corally.com

Some of the main differences are:

The chassis and bulkheads are completely new and accept the big lipo packs without the need for a tray and have specially designed blocks to hold the pack in.

Suspension pick up points and wishbone mounting blocks are different

08 Spec diffs

Comes with the new steering arm assembly

Moulded C-Hubs, steering hubs and rear hubs

From what Simon has said the car has more grip and more steering than the original PHI

Parts should be available as a lot of the parts are interchangeable from the 08 Phi. As for the newer parts and options HEI had some come in when the kits arrived if im not mistaken.

Not far off, only one night so far and can't build mine at work but nearly done

I've only got to put the shocks on and all the nice electronics from KO into it

Weather permitting I will have a first run with it this weekend potentially, cant wait.

I've been working on my RDX today, ready for electronics now. Quite a few 08 Phi parts may fit, however most of the 09 parts are new in one way or another.
