it happen while racing. it was still driving but you could see the whole motor moving like a chevy 350 with a busted motor mount, and thats what i had broke mounts. i did not land hard or anything, just came in to pit and my car got pulled off the track, thought everything was fine, tell i looked more closely

if some one from race factor can email or call or something. Let me know where and when i can get a crank case so i can get back on the track. maybe there will be some warranty on the little GO i bought it in late feb. just got it broke in and it busted ????? is my case has r21 on one side and G on the other the GO TECH cases ive seen have B21 on one side and GO on the other. and if it is covered under some sort of warranty then that would be cool

leaping lizard, you need to go back about 6-10? pages and there is a phone# to get a hold of Russ Jones from race factor. also you will need your receipt. from what I understand if you bought it out of the united states there is no warranty. only the country in which you bought it in will it be covered. do not hold your breath waiting for Russ Jones to contact you through this thread, it will never happen. there is a gent on here that goes by tech22? or something like that. he is on vacation right now but when he chimes in he can probably help you. also I thought malik? was sponsored by race factor he can probably get you the phone number.when it comes to any dealings with the go tec line of motors I only really buy from massive mods. I live in California and he is in Australia but the service is second to none. it's worth the wait and he stands behind his products.I would imagine he would have already taken care of the matter.

Dont quote me on that but I know that if he's going to help you out, then he is going directly to GO with the same thing so he gets re-embersed. The numbers on the side of the block I guess the part that broke off will have to have US as the 1st 2 letters then a bunch of number. Thats how they know where the mill came from all US ones from Racefactor ect ect. But he is an awesome dude and yes he dont come on here much I do though try to call and or e-mail him. i got a go tech .21 5 port turbo engine. its been broke in properly by the book. my 1st race with it was today, my only problem with the engine is at topend on the end of the staraight the engine would die while on throttle. we tried leaning and richening the high side with no success. could i be fighting the wrong end of adjustments? should i be trying to adjust the low side? never been faced with this problem. i am running a o.s. p3 plug.

do you have at least 1 gallon of fuel through it? that's close to break in. also you are correct adjust low speed first. make sure your idle is set at .7mm-1mm then start with the lsn. also make sure car is warmed up at least 1 tank through it. also set the hsn back to flush then 1/2 turn in make sure you have a lot of smoke coming out when getting on the throttle. you will know when you are close to the sweet spot when you can idle for 10 seconds hit the gas and go.

Touringdriver, I am sorry if this is a stupid question I havent seen you on here before do you know that the GO mills use a long LSN which in turn makes it tune kinda backwards from other mills? How much fuel do you have through it, and how did you break it in? What temp were you at when theis "dies at the end of the straight" happens?

It would really depend on his carb. I have 3 Go motors and 2 have short needles in them and 1 had the long.

i got a hold of russel from race factors. and you guy were right he is going to fix me up i will buy several more motor from these guys and tell everyone about my great exprince with GO TECH and RACE FACTORS and will let you guy know when i get it back thank again

I'm going to mail it to Russell monday and see where we go from there. When I talked with him he said he would switch the case for me. Now that is a company worth spending your money at talk about bang for your buck. Thanks for all yall's. Yep I from dallas texas and I said yall. I am completely new at nitro but have raced since 92 I took a brake and came back and there was nitro, so I went from a sponsered 1/10 stadium truck, to rookie 1/8 buggy guy. It will be fun and again that's for yall's help
