Modded engines are allowed to cross borders, Generally modded engines void any factory warranty anyways, so you will have to go to the modder to warranty any failures with the engines. Massive mods Go engines can be sold worldwide as well as Ebmods Go engines. If you purchase a stock Go engine out of country of origin and you have a warranty issue it will not be covered.

HEy Gary !
Glad you are enjoying the engine !!!
I also just wanted to let people know that the export MM Modified engines are really taking off ! We have been snowed under with work but are keen to get these engines OS and into your hands , its never been a better time for you to get an MM modified engine , exchange rates are
MM Stage 5 is $329 AUD which is Equal to $210 USD same price as a stock engine because of the exchange rate Thats for the 5 and 7 port .21 .. if you get the R Spec 3 port it works out to be $190 USD which is less than the Retail on a stock engine. And these prices include 5 day Shipping with Tracking.
All enquiries welcom

Cheers MM
Just a side note on modified engines. It is always best to buy local and support your nearest dealer like EB Mods , Pro Twister etc , they do awesome work !! . But as i have been exporting modified engines for about 5 years now ive never really advertised outside of Australia for this. I am excited about people from other countries using my engines it is also a good time right now because of the dollar exchange rates .
Russell hit the nail there too on warranty. We are more than happy to warrant the engine for any factory faults. Go have been fantastic on backing warranty.

I'm trying to find info regarding a supposed carb issue with GO Engines. Looking at reviews on Amainhobbies, some have complaints of carb problems... some are replacing the carbs with other makes.
If I spend $209.99 on a GO Engine this week, am I going to have a carb problem? Or has the problem been fixed? What "generation" are they now?
Also... pardon my ignorance, but what is the difference between 3, 5, 7 ports?

The lastest generation in the states is gen5 and I believe they have returned to the short LSN so that they tune similar to other engines.
Although over here (new Zealand) we are still getting the long LSN in the Gen5 engines.
The 3port Rspec and the 5&7 ports are basically the same engine with different sleaves.
basically
the 3 port is a good alround motor but isn't really focussed anywhere in the powerband.
the 5 port is a bottom end motor
and the 7 port is a top end motor
but in saying that by changing pipe clutches etc you can pretty much get what ever you want from any of these engines.
Adrian
By the way a big
Congratulations
to Travis Phillips and Chris Pace for a great results at PNB2 over the weekend using GO engines

Thanks Russell for all the help at the ACS series final. My 5 port ran awesome thanks for doing the clutch mod and pulling my 7 port a part for a checkup. It was really cool to have your support and have you pit me in the "A" main. That was a totally different truck after the lightening of the shoes I cant wait to really run it hard . Get that buggy together and I will see you at The Nitro Challenge Febuary 18-22. Thanks again you rock. I finished 8th overall for the series and both engines were ran hard for 21 races and needed nothing but fuel. Thanks again.

I have a modded 5 port from RB Mods and a standard 7 port. I would like to know what plugs you recommend for these engines?
RB Mods says Nova 5 ulta hot my buddy says OS P3 and others say Odonnell 97T. Its be my experience to run a medium plug. I use bryons gen 2 30% for fuel.
I'm planning to buy in bulk so I'd like to make the best possible choice.
Thanks
