PIPE JUMPER, jk do many guys out east run go-tech? out in alberta I dont think anyone else does but me.
I like my combo
RC8 stock gearing
stock clutch
dynamite 053
O7 7 port pro
6mm restrictor
CRF CPD
I had a hell of a time with the engine using the stock tank but once I drilled the chassis for one of my 777 tanks to fit everything has run perfect

I know I know!! I put on an old set of K2s i had and the tires just plain peeled off lol hence the spin out and the pipe jump i know im guilty!!!

Over here out East we have a GO army with atleast 50% possibly more running them at our club races alone. Ever since our big Tillsonburg race last year "08" lol I introduced them to the masses over here quallifying 4th over all with almost 130 deep with a stock 7 port in the 808 buggy prototype...truggy I wasnt so lucky I just couldnt break out... but i ran a 5 port with a 2046 GO pipe and people were making comments about the speed and bottom rip left and right. There were a couple other GOs there too and people were watching!!! its been really GOod over here for sales!! Good on GO!!! Keep it up!

Nice work rc lover. You won't be disapointed with the GO motors. You will find the 5 Port extremely tight when new. Good break-in info from mugen46 on page 78 of this forum. Also tuning guides for long and short LSN carbs on page 131 and 132 of this forum. Enjoy

Go hard the XRAY boys

If your in the US, try Brian (mugen46) at Pro Twister Mods, or Rex (22Racer) at RW modding and engine repairs. Both these guys sell and mod GO engines and frequent this forum, so send them a PM or e-mail.

I just got back from running my modded 3 port sport on a larger track. The thing is awesome, I've ran the 3,5,7 race motors and the 3 port modded really impressed me. Not quite as much bottom as a 5 port but more than the 3 race and pulls really hard down the straight, ran neck and neck with a Jx Ninja.
I am running this motor all this year.

I think 2 ways about the not being able to get parts for our motors, #1 it means that everybody and their grandmother is running them LOL, #2 I also think that GO Tech needs to get alittle more on their game about parts support. Now dont get me wrong I love my go's and am sponsored by Racefactor so by no means is that negative I am just saying that Rods, pins, clips, and O-rings, arent availible from any shop and are always backordered and have heard people that were or are interested in trying the BEST RACING MILLS FOR THE $ but get alittle scared away because of the parts always being backordered.

yes the parts are on back order most of the time. but like most people who race should pre order the parts before you need them. thats what i do, that way i will have them when its time for are build not waiting till the last minute and then have to wait 2-3 weeks for parts

+1 parts on hobby sites that you are reffering to tend to only stock like 2 or 3 of one item so if you have to order them RIGHT NOW then they can be out of stock, also remember these motors are getting more and more popular in the sport of racing.

We were running 7 minute heats and I had 1/4 tank of fuel left. I was only running it around 220 deg. The head seems like it is small and would run hot but it doesn't seem to be the case.

I think the reason some parts have been backordered for a while is because they're working on the GO/EB M5 engine, but I'm sure once they finish with the project the parts should get back on track!
