rc racer a standard go 5 port would probably be everything you are looking for. they also seem to suit the losi buggies very well

The Go 5 port is compareable to the Jpx as far as power, he wouldn't be dissapointed. I rebuild and pinch motors and the Os motors (Jpx included) usually loose their pinch sooner than Go on italian motors. The crank on the Jpx is awesome though, they have a great coating on it. Go is coming out with coated cranks soon.

Sounds great I will go with the GO 5 port turbo head. is there a certain turbo plub that the 5 port likes better than others? I know on my JPX I only use one ofna plug Thanks.

i think he was saying he runs a Jammin JPX and was looking into a ninja JX, but likes the idea of a GO... yes the standard 5 port would be equivalent to a engine like the Ofna JPX... But as far as the ninja JX, the GO equivalence would be the EB M5. confusing jpx, jx lol

I would have to disagree with you on that Jo the standard Go 5port turbo is a pretty good match for the JX ninja but if you really want to leave it for dead the EB M5 or the MM G66 would be the choice for me

I agree Adrian... i wasn't comparing power. i was talking equivalence... filled, coated crank, carb, ect... There is no doubt that having coated parts is a major benefit then it comes to reliability, and longevity.

fair call.

as for reliability I've got a gen 1 7 port thats done over 50ltrs on it's original piston and liner and has only just got to where i would call unaceptable compressionand I've only changed the bearings and rod once- in january at about 35-40 lts this was a test motor and we still haven't been able to kill it properly

here's MM G66 by the way the price is in AUS dollars
