I got MAX 2602 pipe sets in stock, anyway the Nova Rossi 2630 is not a bad pipe, the only draw back is it's a gas hog, but will definitely give a lot of power to your motor, you just have to re-tune your engine correctly when switching from 1 pipe to another, If it is your first time using a 2630 pipe, you will definitely need to richen your HSN, if not you will be running lean and will end up overheating your engine.

European sites cost a bomb. I'm not sure why but it does cost me an arm to get it.

Yes we are considering if we should get the 2602, we will contact if we decided to.

So far, I am getting mixed results from the 2630, that is why i am holding back on the purchase. I only know so far the Nova 2601 and Max 2602 has given me the confidence.

Default urgent help needed...

Hello all JP lovers ,

Need some urgent help and advice...

I just got my first JP, was very excited about it but unfortunately the clutch bell bearings ARE NOT ABLE TO SLIDE IN to my surprise

I have other engines nova 353, os tz, nova max etc... and never had this problem but this is my first JP , by the way my clutch set is from the mugen mtx4r...

Appreciate if anyone could share if they encounter any sort of this experience... Many thanks !

I've had that same experience with some other nova based engines. Some bearings fit on and some don't. I just took some fine sand paper and sanded the crank until the bearing fit on. It's something I have heard others having to do the same thing.

Thanks Paul for the super quick reply

By the way, any type of sandpaper is ok or need special one since we're sanding the crankshaft ??

Many thanks

An emory cloth would probably be best but most any fine sand paper should work I would think.

Fotunately I haven't run into this problem yet.

Hi Mike, all

Just wondering if you ever heard or face with a problem of clutch bearings unable to slide or go into the crankshaft of a JP engine... I'm facing this problem at the moment, and not only me but my buddy's engine also, we just bought both engines together.

I am using the mtx4 clutch bell/set with a JP FX12-T03M black case edition.

Would probably be sanding it down but would like to get some opnions first..

Thanks in advance...

Yeah, sometimes this happens. Use emory cloth like wing racer said and you should fine.

Hi Mike,

Could not get my hands on the emery cloth but i got a 1500 grit paper and gave it 2-5 rounds on the crank and the bearing slide in like silk.

Just a thought, being JP, isnt there a QC on the cranks? This is the first engine and first JP i had encountered. I went through 4 JPs before this.
