Anyone know where I can order replacement o-rings (for the carb and needles)- or if there are any o-rings for other motors that I can order?

I'm assuming that the needle O-rings are:
GOTOR-0023 Go Technology 2.9 x 1.78mm O-Ring

Any place that might have these in stock?

I'm having a problem with my engine flaming out on me after about five minutes of running.

I'm guessing it's just a tuning issue, but was wondering what everyone else thought. As I've tried adjusting everything to make it stop doing this.

I am about to finish the break-in on my new 5 port turbo and the carb has developed an issue. The slide (or throttle body) that moves in and out, gets stuck about halfway going back into the body of the carb itself causing the throttle to stick. I disassembled the carb and it seems as though there is burr that is catching the slide. I intend to send it back to racefactor and I am sure they will take care of it, but my question is this......Although the stock carb off of my stock engine (mach 427) is a bit larger, could I use this to continue with the break-in or will it be simply too big and cause damage?

Today I ran about 6 more tanks thru my gen5 .21 5 port for a total of 8 or 9 tanks. The first 4 tanks went perfect. idled 1st and ran figure eights for the other three everthing was great temp wise (240). Today I went to track and ran three more tanks in fig 8s then started to putt it around the track. Temps were high around 260-280. I was blowing alot of smoke so I know its not lean. It was also a little erratic at times so I was thinking airleak but everything looks fine I even sealed the engine when I first got. I also noticed the carb wiggles. I know I did not overtighten and It cant really be tightned anymore. Should I call racefactor about it? This engine does have gobs of power though no problem launching the big tabletop. Just need to work it out for next weekends race. Thanks guys
try shaving a bit off the carb pinch bolt ( the ends ) .. i think they may be meeting before they get a chance to grip the carb throat...

Had a similar thing happen on one of the 5 ports I owned. Just shaved a few thou of each pinch bolt end as MM suggested and it worked sweet as. Check the bottom carb "O" ring (the brown one in the crankcase body) before you reassemble, as the movement you have been experiancing in the carb can sometimes chew this "O" ring up a bit. Now you have a better fit with the pinch bolts just remember not to do them up too tight, or you can damage the carb throat.

Whats a common cause for flame outs after a fuel stop?

I had a problem this weekend during our 30 minute A main. This was the second weekend in a row that its been happening on my 5 port truggy. I asked my pit man to let me clear out the engine before he let me go just to make sure it doesnt flame out. Things looked good, i got down the ramp and back down the straight into a right hander and it flames out.

Its really odd cause thats not happening to me on my 7 port in buggy.

If it fits RB , Novarossi, OS engines it should fit the Go as well.

I installed an RB on-road on mine but seems to be causing vapor lock on off-road.
I'll remove the low speed needle and barrel from the RB and install it on the GO carb and see if it fits.

I'd check my fuel lines and tank sounds like you maybe losing pressure some where i used to have this problem on a CL-1 it turn out to be that the tank lid wasn't closing properly

.7mm-1mm seems like a starting point. Adjust to proper idle then when you fire it up.

I shaved some off the ends of the pich bolt but it did not stop the carb wiggle. Now You can feel it tighten down on the carb neck but it's still not tight for some reason. I went ahead and sealed it up and will finish break-in and may contact racefactor about it. Thanks for the help guys.

The idel gap on my 5 port turbo is small (0.7 - 1.0 mm) and it will idel all day.

If your low speed needle was set too rich might cause this. Also if you had too cold of a plug
