I've ran mine since they first came out. Here in FL, we race at least 3 or 4 weekends out of the month, so I would say that mine has at least 4 gallons ran through it. It is a fast motor .... ran past a Murnan 12+3 out of the corner...down the straights, and runs a temp of 220 (on an exergen) and getting 5 1/2 min on a track that is known as a motor killer.(your on throttle almost the whole time)

Oh, then i was thinking about the quality problem, i never had this breakage problem with the other brands (i only used NOVA, MAX, RB) even crashes the manifold to bend. Other then that, the NINJA had the most power and speed (to me)

Could it be that the stiff connection of the FLS is transmitting vibrations throughout the engine/exhaust, which have been dampened by the spring connection of the old one-piece pipes?

No, i'm using the Mugen 2501 pipe, (also show above) maybe the manifold was too stiff , the manifold not even bend but crankcase was break.

Boss and Falcon plugs are identical to the Mugen plugs...The Boss engines are a mirror brand of the Ninja motors, the Boss products even come on fancy plastic cases just like the Ninja products....... Boss=Ninja and Ninja=Boss

What nitro is everyone running?

And what %?

Are the ninja's easy to tune, and do they hold a tune well?

I know I will have to tweak it and all, but in general?

What need to be done to the engine out of the box? I knw carb sealer, anything else?

I wont take it apart lol... That scares me

I dont want to mess it up, once I work with them more I will.... But not now, atleast not me doing the operation......

20%, the hot fuel at my track is Werks, anyone use that? And I will run 20% also, 30% runs awsome, but the wear on the engines isnt worth it....

It will be fun getting back into nitro
