it's too rich. get that puppy up around 250F.
lean both needles 1/8 of a turn to start. when you lean the low end you will have to lower the idle a touch as well.
when you get the top end right you'll probably need to tighten the two speed screws about 1/4 turn each. it will make so much more power it will shift too early.

maybe u didnt tighten it the first time as it come loose in the box to suit to different cars carb mounting positions =-)
