I've never broke my STI crank, and Mike Ellis also been running the crap out of his STI all season, at least 2 30 min Main and 1 45 min Main last Sunday, plus your normal practice and heats. He has no problem with his and still running strong, AND he hasn't even replaced the rod at all!
Yeah, you can say "But my Novarossi didn't break...". Well, tell you something, I started this year with a new Rex RER3, and a 1/2 gallon thru JP T03 full option. Those 2 motors crapped on me on their 2nd race and my STI has been strong. So "but my (other) motors didn't break" isn't a strong argument. Just because my Rex or JP broek and my Sirio still run strong, I don't go an assume Rex or JP are crap start posting on their threads.
I assumed that Kyosho America replaced your motor, to be honest us team guys get the same motor as anyone would, our motors aren't specially treated or made, they are essentially just "off the shelve" like yours.
Breaking one, I can understand but breaking 2... I'll have to say you might need to look elsewhere for the answer instead of looking at the quality.

I know this is in the wrong thread, i have posted in the want ads and am hoping for a little more coverage.
Anyone got the heatsink for a Sirio 21AAC WCR that they would be willing to send to Australia in exchange for a sum of money.
2 fins have vibrated loose on mine today and I am in desperate need as our nationals are very close.
Doesn't matter if it is scratched, be really nice if it is an M. Collari version as that is what It will be replacing (it will match all the internal initials that way).
I can pay by paypal.
Thanks for any help
Gordon

Make sure the carb doesn't close when you apply the brakes. You may have to adjust your radio trim then readjust your idle screw
I got the problem resolved, and it was my throttle trim. Thanks for the help. I appreciate it.
