Can anyone give their clutch setting for V1RRR when using Sirio STI 3 ports? It seems that I couldn't get enough low end torque. I currently using 25%fuel with OS no7 plug and 16/21-60/56 gearing. And the engine will only come alive when the temp is around 130C and above which I think is too hot.

i have never replaced any conrods in my sirios ( i have 5) and one of them is over 14 months old. Never ever had a problem with any of them.
i have an evo 3 and raced a nova 12-3ct down the main straight of our local racetrack and i was noticably quicker!
Os is fast but they don't last as long as the italian backed engines.

Sorry to wake you from your wet dream James, but that Plus12-3CT was going around the track in 1st gear . I stripped 2nd gear in every run .

Hello Guys, Sirio is in truble atm and i realy hope they pull through and people get behind the products. Sirio is still very new only a few years old Ive run sirio for many years here in Australia. It will be a major loss if sirio stopes making rc high paformance race engines there drivers in a short time have won many titles around the world and i Pirsonaly think they are the only engines thats can exceed the paformance of long standing brands such as novarossi and rb concepts. It can only be better for the improvment of these types of high reving 2 stroke race engines. It makes all the brands put many hours of time and lots of money to make us the users of any brand of race engine faster and faster engines on all fronts. It will be a true shame if Starmotor folds. I just hope some one like kyosho or anouther major rc company can keep the dream alive. Ive run alot of engines and i still even after many set backs would run a sirio over any outher brand. I can not tell you why It must just be the special crackle sound and the special note at the end of a stright. Best Regards Siriok2poweredHyper7.
