Strange... past experiences at nats and of 6 different drivers told that adding shims up to 0.60mm worth of shims helped to gain performance.

Probably ambient temps, rel humidity and barometric pressure were way too different, and of course the fuel used (we need to use 25% max nitro).

Could you please put more data regarding this? Which fuel, which plug and other info of interest.

Well the engine is really good I think. The power delivery is very linear, which siuts me fine. M7H maybe you should take your Mega engines and Serpent cars ( both shit in my opinon ) and go and play by your self. People on this thread want to learn about a new product/s that's on the market, not see you consistently bagging in out. Just wondering how did you go in the European champs.

Where are you temping the motors to get the 360* readings from? This can't be from the head?

My guess is, this is directly from the glowplug...

Yep, the cooling head has a bigger plug hole, so the temp sensor goes near of the plug, the temp reading is way different than in Novarossi engines a Ninja reading 135 or 140ºC is a happy engine, in Nova mills, this temp means severe meltdown.

Have heard from a reliable source that the .12 motor will make it's debut at this year's world titles. This is being held at my home track ( Brendale, Australia ). So I think you've got a little while to wait yet.

Stop guessing! Just call Mugen Racing and ask them.

I will be sticking with trusty Max Power for the Worlds then. Hate to check in 3 engines not knowing if they will last!
