nah i never owned a OS, that was 3 mates of mine. the OS is good, but no where as powerful as the sirio, or nova based motors. i think the OS just needs a bit of dremeling to free it up. a mate did this and it was as quick as a LL nova out of the corners, not sure about top end as it was run only in a small area. gotta go to moorebank to really test the top end
runner time is good man. it's definately one of the benchmark fuels.

hopefully it will kick arse like you say, but man, the predictions you are making are still huge!

Hey Venom !
I have an idea of what id like the fuel to do, that is i guess the dream i have, and now what ive done is make it public which in turn makes me accountable.. So yeah these figures are pretty high up there and seem impossible but if you shoot for the roof tops youll hit the branches.. lol or something like that .. ill have to ask Anthony Robbins what he said ... lol
Anyways so yeah its all about setting yourself a goal and going for it ! And i want to make one thing clear my obgective is not to compete or out do any other fuel manufacturer , I just wanna make it the best I can ..
Just to keep you posted i tested the new oil on the weekend out at red head Now ive tested it in Normal Piston Sleeve configuration engines but not in a CMB .. So that was my aim "to see how it went ina CMB" and the results were un favorable.. I did an ass about thing , Ran my normal fuel in the heats and it ran like the clakkers, impossible to keep control of the car, mind you the set up on the Hyper Truggy " The Huggy" was like driving a double decker bus ! lol .. got the set up drivable by the last heat and was shaving about 4 secs off lap times.. Then in the Final decided to Use the new blend and it wasnt the best, the engine ran but it didnt make power, the temps were something like 60 deg c off the top ! the engine was way too cold, and CMB's run about 30 deg cooler than normal engines anyway ..
So it was an awesome day, had a heap of fun, My Car developed Teretts and spazzed out every so often.. i think the battery has a short... Managed to wedge it under a jump.. the marshall had to lift the jump to get my huggy out LMAO !! and BTW if you want to go to a FRIENDLY off road track thats good fun and competitive RedHead is AWESOME !!!
Many Thanks to Kim And Tom who run the track absolutley the nicest people and extremely helpful !

Hey Griffo
The oil i tested ran beautifully in normal piston sleeve engines because of the extra friction and heat they make.. but the CMB's run much cooler and have less frictional loss , it was too hard to get the engine to make power , they need to be about 90deg off the top and i was getting 60 ! so the oil was doing its job a little too well.. And yes i have another 6 oils coming this week as well as some special additives ill be testing, I have swab tests waiting to come back to tell me what the oils is doing and its future projections.. the tests can project 18 months ahead and give an idea of wear using a specific oil, so this helps me and saves me oodles of time, the last batch i had to do the old fashioned way, Run a new engine till it died.. took me almost 2 years to kill it and it still runs , just needs a new rear bearing... Mind you this was a CMB a conventional engine would have lasted say 13 to 14 months under the conditions i was running..
Cheers

I've tried MM fuel and cant fault it. I got the 16% Nitro with 12% oil because i dont like rebuilding very often
The Sirio EVO 3 was singing at octaves that other mills can only dream of
and it was temping at around 105-110 on a 35 degree day. As VWO would say, this engine is 'Baristic'
So far so good, but i cant really rave on about it because one day of running does not give you an acurate picture, and the Sirio has screamed on other fuels as well. The engine looked clean and nice on the inside after the race meet, so thus far, its all positive.
p.s. It's bloody cheap @ $10 a litre, and Mark can make you any blend you like on the spot.

Hey Nick
Sure can my friend ! I can make up any blend you like custom up to 20% nitro is $10.00 a litre and over 20% up to 30 % is $12 a litre 30% up to 45% is $15 a litre .. But you may wanna give that stuff a miss unless you have a lotta head shims.. lol
Hey update , on my oil fiasco at red head, as it often happens in racing and testing things coincide at the most uncanny opportunity..
I thought the new oil and fuel blend was no good for the CMB , well as it turned out i had a cracked fuel filter, must have been on the front flip over the table top in the last lap of the quals... .. so i have fixed the problem and re tested the engine and whoa she loves it ! I have also fixed the Terrets syndrome my car was experiencing .. Was out at penrith last night racing in truck and had a blast ! The CMB is baristic Mae !! Did a crank mod and balance, down the back straight i had to putt the throttle as it was putting too much power to the ground, i completed the race with a 2 lap lead at 1/4 to half throttle.... on the last lap i opened her up 3/4 throttle on the back strait and it just launched ! I had a few friends come up after and ask where i hid the dry fuel rockets ! lol
