Is there a new layout this month? NOT trying to pester, as I am playing with the track designer from Zround and made a layout as close as I could to the Chicago Street Course Nascar ran last weekend, I'm just making sure I'm not missing it.
Thanks and Glad to see chjosi and WELCOME realwizer!!!

No Worries Traveler2! I think I figured out the main reason for my dizziness. I vape, and I've cut the vape juice strength in half which in turn I was vaping more, which was too much! I have since slowed down and the dizziness has almost gone away! It only happens now after 50+ laps, BUT It comes back when I break out the Wild Turkey 101!!
When showing my Son and his friends the NB4 I noticed that when I turn on both of my MR03's the NB4 controls them both at the same time no matter which model (1 or 2) I have it set on. Is this just the way the NB4 works with ready sets? It's no big deal when I'm by my self, but what about IF I'm able run on a large track with others? I've tried rebinding them, I have the latest firm ware, but when I bind them, the radio never says "Binding Complete" like I've seen on U Tube. It just keeps saying "Binding" with the scrolling status bar, and the car's led goes from fast blinking to a slow steady flash. Then I hit the back arrow on the Tx, then the car's Led goes solid and everything works. Any Ideas??? I've let it sit for 10 minutes trying to get it to complete binding, but it doesn't.
Other than the binding issue, the Boys Loved the NB4 and how well the cars handle! My Son got it down very quickly, and made me long to have 28 year old reflexes!! We all had a BLAST though!!! I'm cleaning the room I have the track in, so it be a few days before I get this months layout down, but I like this months layout of sweeping turns with a few tight corners!
Anyway Yall Take Care and Stay Cool and Thanks for ANY and ALL Help!!! Drew

Glad you figured out your dizziness issue and y’all are still having fun, which is what it’s all about. I’ve been laying down some insanely quick laps and times on the new layout, with some 2.7xx fast laps. Drive fast!

Thanks Traveler2! I have a Sanwa MX-6, but only have 1 car on it so I didn't realize how they work. It makes since though. It would be a cool experiment to see if you could setup 2 cars to be able to drive on one radio on a basic oval track. Had some fun times flying multiple cheap IR Heli's with 1 remote! removed A LOT of popcorn off the ceiling! LOL
I should be done cleaning today so I'll be able to get some laps in asap. You are turning some seriously FAST laps!!!

WOW, is this track FAST!!! Got my track setup, and ran 30 or so warmup laps and 40 timed laps. Ran a 3.7 fastest and 4.1 avg. Hats off Traveler2 for his 2.7!!! This track is going to be a tire shredder! I see a Kenon order in my future. I really like the PN KS-M's, but after 70+ laps my unpainted white body 12C looks like I've been driving down a black gravel road! Left side tires are going Bye-Bye!
Super Fun hammering on the throttle! Take Care and keep the Shiny Side Up! Drew

Good to have another racer sanny632!
I've been running my MX5 90mmRM at 40 lap stents trying to get the traction rolling under control, and the 575M 94mmMM, both with Narrow front ends as the chassis screw holes for the front clips are completely stripped .I ordered a 2mm Helicoil kit, and it will be here mid August, so until then I'm using 2mm Du-Bro nuts to hold the clips on, which only allows a narrow front end since the nuts interfere with the springs with wide front end.
I went to 19mm wheels and Kyosho low height tires front and rear on the MX5, and was still traction rolling when I tried to turn faster than a 3.9 second lap. I now super glued the sidewalls of the front tires, and I'm waiting on them to set. The 575M is going good other than I accidently knocked one of the light buckets out. Gives me an excuse to repaint it as the silver is HARD for me to see against the grey rails. It's a shame as the silver is very nice, but it's a race body and it drives great, so I see a bright color in it's future!
Anywho Hope Yall are cool, and having fun on this fast layout! Drew

I'm going to post this time for 90mm Narrow Class, though the time's not great, to document the progress TRYING to learn control of these SWB narrow cars! The superglue on the sidewalls of the front tires stopped the traction rolling, but they drive VERY DIFFERENT! I had many more mistakes needing reverse after gluing. Anyway it's a work in progress for sure!
Class- 86/90mm Narrow
Date-07/31/2023
Location- Central Texas
Race Time- 5:49.934 minutes/ 349.934 seconds
Fastest Lap- 3.940 seconds
Chassis- MR-03
Body- Mazda MX-5
Wheelbase- 90mm
Tires- F- N19mm 0mm PN White dish- Kyosho low height medium sidewall glued/ R- N19mm 0mm PN White Dish - Kyosho low height soft
Motor- Kyosho White endbell
Batteries- Eneloop 800hv
Front Springs- Green
T-Plate- PN #4 Carbon
Motor Mount- Kyosho stock RM
Dampener (If applicable)- PN Dual Spring Top Shock Yellow front/Purple rear
Dampener Fluid (If applicable)- Heavy Ball Diff Grease
Gearing- 64pitch 13t pinion/52t spur PN Gear diff
Notes- I was much more consistent before gluing the sidewalls, but traction rolled when pushing it. The dualspring top shock helped with the bad tire chattering, but I hope to have a aluminum RM mount with disk damper soon to get the car to handle better, with a lot more practice!

Also I received the 2mm HeliCoil kit, and I installed them in the front clip/spring plate chassis holes, and so far they are working well. I'll post on their continued use, and let yall know if they are a long term fix.
