Try as I could I couldn't get my MX-5 90mmRM to handle any better, so after installing the HeliCoils for the front clip screws I changed it back to a wide front end and 98mm for the McLaren 12C. I left the ride height the same as the MX-5, and I was getting traction rolls when I pushed for a faster than 3.5 second lap. I had only 2 needs for reverse, but a got hung up on the rails a few times which added at least 10 seconds to my total time! Anyway I'm shooting for a sub 3 second lap once I can get the traction rolls handled! The experts here are showing their skills with their SMOKIN LAPS and TIMES!!!

Duh Me!

Another light month with only 6 racers posting. Because racing locally died recently, my goal was to run most of my 24 cars on the July layout and try to get a decent time with all of them. I got to run 18 of them (pics and results for most in FB group). And for the first time ever, I ran all 6 2WD classes this month since I now have a proper LiPo/brushless rig for open 2WD class. I was also happy to see that my times were progressively faster as the classes got faster, the only exception being my Pro Stock car that should have fallen in between my Stock and Open 2WD times, but was slower.
